- New Instructor Introduction
- Get your questions answered about the next steps as a new instructor. Welcome call for newly aligned instructors covering onboarding, resources, and immediate next steps.
- Instructor Monitoring
- AHA Instructor monitoring for instructors affiliated with NIHE.
- New Training Program Orientation
- This is the mandatory orientation that all NEW NIHE Training Program must complete prior to activation with NIHE as an AHA Training Program.
- Training Site/Program Review
- This is the mandatory Training Site Review that all NIHE Training Sites must do annually. Operational support session for existing Training Sites to review compliance, processes, or questions.
- Training Center Faculty Interview
- Initial interview for qualified instructors interested in Training Center Faculty opportunities with NIHE.
- Quality Score Improvement Huddle
- This will be a zoom meeting with Elena to get training and ideas for improving your AHA metrics from the student survey they complete as part of claiming their ecard. Quality score, % ecards claimed, & % surveys completed must all be >85% for training sites and instructors or your AHA privileges may be suspended or revoked. Focused coaching session to improve instructor quality metrics, survey completion, eCard claims, and AHA accountability performance.
